Custom Orders and Payments
All custom artwork requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due once your piece is complete.
Turnaround Time
Every artwork is unique, and completion times will vary depending on the size and detail of your piece. ATP Designs works within a reasonable timeframe, with most pieces typically completed within 15 working days.
If there are any changes to this timeframe, it will be discussed during your initial consultation or as your piece progresses. By paying your deposit, you acknowledge the time, care, and creative process involved. I’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know if there are any unexpected delays.
Refunds and Payment
All deposits are non-refundable.
If the remaining balance isn’t paid once your artwork is completed and cleared with ATP Designs, the artwork will remain the property of ATP Designs and will not be shipped until full payment is received.
Shipping and Care
Every piece is packaged with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Once shipped, ATP Designs is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit.
By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms and understand the love and effort that goes into creating your one-of-a-kind artwork.
